IF you are a first time user of Lean Optimizer, it is best advised that like ANY NEW SUPPLEMENT, you first start off at lower dose the first 2-3 days, simply to see how your body reacts.

What is a "little" for some people, may be a lot for others and vice/versa. Start low, test only 1 or 2 capsules and if you feel fine, then go ahead and begin using the recommended dosages found below, so you can see and feel the REAL effects. This is a practice you should use with any new supplement you begin taking.

  • "General" Recommended Usage

    If you are NEW to this dietary supplement, please begin your first week (7 days) by taking 1 capsule in the morning, prior to breakfast and 1 capsule six hours later, each time preferably on an empty stomach with 8-16 oz (1-2 full cups) of water.

    Beginning your second week, you should increase the dosage to 2 capsules, twice daily for a total of 4 capsules daily. For best results, use continuously for a minimum of 4-6 weeks.

    Remember, the body cannot be FORCED into real weight loss - especially when it's PURE FAT and not just temporary water weight and valuable muscle loss (which you never want). Lean Optimizer helps to re-adjust and optimize your fat-burning hormones, so it does take a few weeks to see visual results.

  • Cycle Option - For continued and long-term fat loss

    You body's survival mechanism is to ADAPT, which means that after a couple of months, Lean Optimizer won't work as well as it used to. Your body has adapted and a better idea is to "cycle" the product for improved results. Here's one example:

    Continue and repeat the above cycle, until you achieve your weight loss goal. Once you are happy, you can go on a maintenance dose of 2-3 pills daily.

Nothing is set in stone and some people need a higher dose or lower dose than others. One person might get "drunk" off 1 beer and another needs 3-4 beers. Each person's body is different, so feel free to experiment.

Remember, the body tends to adapt to anything - that's its survival mechanism. By varying your dosage and cycle pattern, you'll always get the full benefits, at the lowest dose possible!

"Magic Pill"? ...

Unfortunately, there is no magic pill in the world that will give us a beautiful, tone, muscular and fit body. You should definitely consider adding in a simple exercise program of both cardio vascular (walking, running, jogging, stairs, etc.) as well as lifting weights to accelerate the fat loss and retain precious muscle.

You don't need to go overboard or every single day for 2 hours at a time. A solid plan can be 10 minutes of warming up on the bike, followed by 30 minutes of weight training and ending with 20 minutes of intense cardio ... and this can be done only 3x a week (i.e. Monday/Wednesday/Friday) with AMAZING benefits and changes to your body!

That's only 3 total hours a week to take care of your body and mind. You can do it in the morning or afternoon, it doesn't matter as long as you do it. Heck, if you're busy during the week, do it on the weekends and one day during the week (i.e. Wednesday/Saturday/Sunday). It really doesn't matter as long as you put in the TOTAL time each week.

If you're a little tired or worn out from the day, just take 1-2 pills of Lean Optimizer®, with a big glass of water 30-45 minutes before your workout and you'll be full of physical AND mental energy.

At the very least, just walk 20-30 minutes 3x a week. That's a great start and you can do it anywhere, anytime.
